Divine ideals!
The secret treasures
of man's youth.
Life's love and wisdom,
fragrant recollections
of by-gone times
in former lives.
At present
they reflect
the light
of the soul.
Oh Ideal
Aspiration !
When heart expands
and feelings flood
one's entire being,
Thought tries
to capture~
grasp~
the all~eluding One
in a readiness
to sacrifice
the little Self.
Being One
with God
in the heart
of all!
Oh Friend Divine,
Thy sacred touch
Awakens memories,
intuitions sweet
of a relationship
with the most High.
At heart~ thou art
When heart is one and only!
No more a stranger
in this world,
But self~illumined
by his greater Self,
He dwells
and has his being
in the soul of all !
Humanity~
on cross~roads
Of diversities
betwixt light
and intense darkness.
Where senses mighty,
lamps and shades,
Conjure up a magic show
of Unreality...
assuming countless
Names and shapes
in endless, limitless
Dimensions~
expanding wide,
Wider, faster still,
into immense proportions
in time and space
of man's own fancy!
Thus lost
in the confusion
of his own creations
man fails to find his Soul;
man fails
to claim his truly Own~
The Whole !
A world made whole
by God,
for him alone.
Not that he should
divide it and possess its parts,
but that he would share it whole
with Himself
in all!
Oh my Beloved
Child of God,
Awake~
Arise~
and claim
the whole of
Thy inheritance Divine!
Each one
a Master~ King
Servant~ Lover !
One in all,
In whom
the Whole
remains
forever,
an undisturbed
undivided
Whole
For God Eternal
is whole;
His Creation Divine
is whole;
and whole is man
as Son of God.
He is poised
in Peace,
At rest,
undivided
within Himself!
